You may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
